Compliance Officer

Compliance Officer:

We're working with a fast-growing FinTech that's making big waves in cross-border financial services.

Backed by strong investors and expanding quickly around the world, they're now looking to grow their Compliance team.

You'll work closely with the CCO to support onboarding and transaction monitoring for their global clients.

You will provide critical support in compliance oversight, risk management, and contribute to the development and enhancement of robust policies and procedures across the organisation.

You will gain broad exposure to the diverse compliance functions crucial to their business operations.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with onboarding and transaction monitoring processes for our worldwide business customers
• Support compliance monitoring activities and manage regulatory risk assessments
• Help develop, implement, and maintain strong compliance policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance best practices throughout the business
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure timely adaptation
• Contribute to internal audits and regulatory reporting requirements
• Support investigations related to financial crime, anti-money laundering (AML), and sanctions compliance

Required Experience:

• Ideally, 1 - 4 years of experience in a compliance role within fintech.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, AML, KYC, and financial crime prevention
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to deepen your compliance expertise
