Extensive experience in construction supervision of large-scale mixed-use, retail, and residential developments.
In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, contracts (FIDIC preferred), and building codes/regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide multidisciplinary supervision teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client and contractor relationships effectively.
Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and ensure smooth project delivery.
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's Degree is a plus).
15+ years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large mixed-use, retail, and residential projects.
Previous experience working within a design office.
