Job Description

Manage routine client communication by attending to inbound calls/WhatsApp chats/emails in order to provide a timely and appropriate resolution
Identify clients needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and alternatives
Manage relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile
Engage in active listening with callers and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients, offering patient assistance and support
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Maintain records of the conversations with the client
Achieve client satisfaction results
Achieve response time to client request for information
Obtain relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Strive to meet and exceed call center metrics to provide excellent client service
