Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to manage and publish content across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will understand both InterClean and InterBolt divisions and be able to produce engaging content that clearly communicates our products, services, and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

Experienced in managing social media platforms (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

Develop monthly content calendars for all channels

Experienced in CRM platforms

Write engaging English & Arabic captions

Brainstorm and develop ideas for posts, reels, and campaigns

Publish content consistently and manage posting schedules

Work closely with the designer and videographer

Monitor engagement, comments, and inbox messages

Conduct competitor research and stay updated on trends

Assist in developing concepts for ads and landing pages

Basic photo/video editing is a plus

Requirements:

13 years of experience in content creation/social media

Proven track record managing brand accounts

Strong writing & communication skills (English & Arabic)

Understanding of B2B and B2C markets

Creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or similar tools is preferred
