Job Title: Contract Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time / 1-year contract, renewable

The Contract Manager will be responsible for overall contract management and commercial administration to ensure project delivery aligns with contractual obligations while protecting the organization's commercial interests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer contracts in accordance with project requirements and contractual frameworks such as FIDIC.
Lead contract strategy, compliance, and risk management across project phases.
Oversee variations, claims, change management, contractual notices, and commercial correspondence.
Provide contractual and commercial advice to project management and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Monitor contractor performance against contractual terms, KPIs, deliverables, and obligations.
Coordinate with legal, planning, cost control, procurement, and project teams on disputes and claims.
Prepare reports on contract status, risks, claims, variations, and commercial exposure.
Support dispute avoidance, claim resolution, and contractual decision-making.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 to 15+ years of experience in contract management or commercial management.
Experience on large infrastructure, rail, construction, or mega projects is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and international contract standards.
Proven experience managing contracts, claims, variations, negotiations, and commercial risks.
Strong contractual and commercial acumen.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
