Job Title:

Cooler Technician

Role Purpose:

Install, maintain, and repair cooling equipment while ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, install, and track cooler movements and inventory.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on cooling equipment.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and according to company standards.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance, inventory, and spare parts reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to close service requests and EWOs.
• Ensure proper handling of coolers, spare parts, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualification:

Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Technical Skills:

• Cooling systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Safety standards and hazardous materials handling.
