Country Security Supervisor

The Security Manager (KSA & Bahrain) will provide day to day management of security personnel, activities and contractors supporting H&P business initiatives across both countries, the Dammam Base, Bahrain Camp, stack yards, housing compounds, and other locations where H&P has security exposure. This position will have oversight and responsibly for the CCTV, access control system, and other physical security equipment and programs related to securing H&P assets in the field. This position will work closely with local H&P personnel involved in day-to-day operations to ensure stakeholders are receiving the necessary support.

CERTIFICATIONS:

Physical Security Professional (PSP) preferred.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, International Affairs/Relations/Business, Emergency Management or related field is preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 10-15 years experience in security management or government security agency/military with critical infrastructure focus, including personnel and site protection, system design and risk mitigation.
• Must have knowledge and demonstrated experience in:
• Threat assessment and mitigation strategies,
• Security policies and procedures,
• Duty of Care operations,
• Physical security principles and operations.
• Security systems.
• Experience managing and implementing technical projects preferred.
• Experience with video surveillance, detection and recording systems.
