We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CRM & Data Performance Manager to oversee lead quality, CRM workflows, employee performance tracking, and cross-department reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Bitrix24, and a passion for optimizing systems and performance.
You will play a key role in maintaining lead integrity, automating CRM processes, generating actionable reports, and evaluating the performance of both teams and individuals across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & CRM Optimization
* Manage the quality, structure, and distribution of leads within Bitrix24.
* Design and implement automated lead assignment rules to optimize follow-up speed and efficiency.
* Ensure lead data accuracy and consistency across the system.
* Continuously audit and clean CRM pipelines and lead databases.
Reporting & Analytics
* Produce and manage daily lead activity reports for real-time tracking and follow-up.
* Develop detailed weekly and monthly reports covering: o Lead source performance and quality
o Sales team performance metrics and conversion rates o Marketing campaign ROl and efficiency o Funnel performance and optimization suggestions
* Conduct company-wide employee performance evaluations using CRM data and productivity indicators. o Highlight strengths and identify weaknesses o Provide recommendations for training or process improvement
Bitrix24 System Management
* Take full ownership of the Bitrix24 CRM environment, including CRM, tasks, communications, automation, and integrations.
* Build an all-in-one internal system using Bitrix24 to centralize workflows for sales, marketing, and support teams.
* Integrate third-party tools, forms, and data sources to enhance system functionality.
* Maintain and optimize project/task boards, communication structures, and reporting modules.
Database & Recordkeeping
* Maintain a daily operational database to track lead activities, follow-ups, and team productivity.
* Ensure systematic logging and data capture for all interactions and tasks within the CRM.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis and CRM management (Bitrix24 experience is a highly preferred)
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
* Experience in building custom workflows, automations, and dashboards in Bitrix24
* Familiarity with CRM-based employee performance tracking
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
* Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills
* Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional projects
