Job Description :

  • Responsible for delivering the projects.
  • Leads and the manages the delivery team and CRM Developers.
  • Designing and applying appropriate management standards.
  • Managing the production of the required deliverable.
  • Managing projects risks including the development of contingency plans.
  • Applying Change control and configuration management processes.
  • Ensuring all documentation including the Business Requirements Document, Functional Specification Document, Test Cases etc are of the highest standards and are implemented accordingly.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management in a CRM software development and implementation environment
  • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience, client management, communication, managing large and complex projects and associated budgets
  • Experience in implementing procedures and actions
  • Ability to provide clear timeline and milestone reporting
  • Experience developing and managing standard project management documents and processes (Project Charter, Requirements Document, Project Change Management, etc.)
  • Problem solving abilities with a strategic view focused on developing great products
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and web development processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, re-enforcing team building and empowerment
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus equivalent experience required (Master's degree preferred)
