Client Presentation & Relationship Lead — Luxury Design & Build | Dubai

Part-time or freelance-permit to start · path to full-time

Ecstasy Holding is a Dubai-based group operating across design-build, property services, and technology. We're hiring for one of our group businesses delivering high-value residential projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi — villas, pools, and landscape transformations in the AED 500K–5M range.

We're looking for someone who can stand in front of a high-net-worth client and make them feel certain.

You'll lead our immersive presentation experience — a walkthrough that lets a client stand inside their villa project before a single drawing is issued — and you'll own the follow-through from that presentation to a signed contract.

This is not an administrative role, and it isn't a cold-calling role. The enquiries come to you. Your job is to present beautifully, follow up relentlessly, and close.

What you'll own

• Deliver client presentations, including our VR pre-visualisation experience — setup, narration, and guiding the client through their future home

• Own the journey from presentation to signature: proposal follow-up, questions, revisions, sign-off

• Keep every client interaction logged and every follow-up closed in the CRM

• Prepare presentation materials and client-facing documentation with the design team

• Host clients at site walkthroughs and showroom visits

What you bring

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-net-worth clients — luxury real estate, five-star hospitality guest relations, premium retail, private banking, art/gallery, or design consultancy

• Exceptional presence: confident, composed, and articulate in front of decision-makers

• Fluent English; Arabic a strong advantage (French welcome)

• Comfortable with technology and willing to become the expert on our platform — full training provided, no prior VR experience needed

• Genuine follow-up discipline: you can describe your own system for never losing a lead

• UAE experience preferred; valid UAE driving licence an advantage

The arrangement

• Start part-time or on a freelance permit (2–3 days per week, or per-engagement), moving to full-time as the studio scales

• Fixed monthly fee + performance incentive on contracts you personally close, paid on client funds received

• Full-time conversion includes employment visa, medical insurance, and leave per UAE Labour Law

• Direct access to the group's leadership and the full design-build process

• Hiring entity, brand, and complete scope disclosed at interview stage
