We are expanding our team and looking for many dedicated Emirati nationals to join our dynamic Customer Relations team.

About the Role:

As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring exceptional service delivery in a modern healthcare environment. You will play a vital role in creating positive patient experiences across our health centers.

Key Job Functions:

• Welcome and assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and registrations

• Handle patient relations, feedback, and resolve concerns professionally

• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure smooth patient flow

• Manage administrative tasks including documentation and follow-ups

• Promote health center services and support community health initiatives

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting

Requirements:

• Emirati Only

• Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)

• High School Diploma or higher (Bachelor's degree is a plus)

• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (including night shifts when required)

• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
