Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with product or service-related questions, complaints, and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and report insights to management.
  • Support account management and follow-up activities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in customer service, client support, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
