Meraki Education, one of Dubai's premium K-12 Education Group is looking for an experienced candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Executive for the transportation services within the school. The position is available for an immediate start.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree from a relevant field.
At least two years of work experience in Dubai.
4-5 years experience in Customer Service/ Sales and Marketing/Hospitality or schools/educational sectors.
Knowledge of various major residential communities and areas within Dubai
Preferred experience in Dubai schools.
Previous experience working on projects.
Female candidate preferred.
Required skills and Responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Problem Solver and Customer Care Oriented.
Required to be well-organized.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Interpersonal skills, ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment.
Solid time management skills, the ability to multi-task and cope with peaks of demand.
Computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel and Google Suite Products.
Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance.
Working knowledge of Google Maps is a plus.
Salary : AED 5000 - 6000
