Job Summary

As a Data & Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the technology behind our venues. From business applications and reporting to dashboards and automation, you will help turn operational data into meaningful insights while ensuring the systems our teams rely on run smoothly across the Eatx portfolio.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for core business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Supy, Linga rOS POS, SevenRooms, and SerVme
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business stakeholders
• Build automated reporting solutions and improve existing reporting processes
• Manage user access, system configuration, and master data across business applications
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely resolution
• Support system integrations, upgrades, testing, and new feature deployments
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting standards across multiple platforms
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and leadership teams to deliver business insights

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Data & Systems Analyst or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development from the ground up
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience supporting ERP, POS, CRM, or procurement systems
• Hospitality, retail, or F&B experience is highly desirable
