Job Description


Conduct data entry. Must have knowledge of basic accounting skills. Degree in accounting or accounting management, or finance is a plus.

Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.

Prepare and monitor invoices. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

HR related tasks like employees data, visa processing, salaries, incentives, WPS payroll processing.

Preparing invoices, petty cash vouchers, purchase orders.

Verifying bank deposits, preparing cheque, bank reconciliation, handling petty cash.

Preparing debtor & creditor report and follow up with client for payments.

Answer and redirect phone calls. Replying to email, telephone, fax or face to face inquiries.

Organize and schedule appointments and meetings. Maintain contact lists.

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

Strong skills in English language both writing, speaking, emails and comprehension.
