Responsibilities
- Develops sirar data strategy and ensure having clear roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
- Participates in developing data management framework requirements of master data, data quality and architecture.
- Participates in developing data governance processes and improvements to meet organizational needs.
- Ensures implementing data management policies and procedures.
- Manages data quality program and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensures data management program and related projects to achieve data strategic objectives.
- Ensures a proper execution for data change management program.
- Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Preferred: Certifications such as CDMP, CIPP or CIPM
Required Skills
- Good understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK)
- Experience in data quality, metadata management, and data lifecycle practices
- Understanding of PDPL and data privacy requirements
- Familiarity with data sharing processes and governance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Purview)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
Experience:
5 – 7 years in relevant experience.
