Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coaching and mentoring staff across the team to develop and enhance their capabilities.
- Prepare reports on performance, analyse data, identifying trends and emerging issues and opportunities to improve cybersecurity and data protection safety and identify related risk areas.
- Providing advice and guidance on security strategies, architectures, policies and standards.
- Keeping abreast of new ICT technologies and security best practices.
- Contributing to continually improving the security posture within the Cybersecurity and IT Security operations.
- Contributing to continually improving the compliance of data protection regulations/laws within the data protection function and Naqel's related functions as well.
- Ensuring Data Protection awareness training and materials are conducted and up to date.
- Ensuring Data Protection policies, procedures and metrics are defined, developed and reviewed to meet regulatory requirements.
Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in the IT field or any other related field
- 5+ Years of Experience.
- CDPO, CISA, CISM, CDPSE, CISSP, CIPP etc. Preferred
- Ability to perform job functions with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships, but also challenge the business, when necessary.
- Driven, motivated, with a positive mindset and ability to adapt.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be able to speak and comprehend English.
