Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
- Collect items from shelves based on invoice details: number, size, color, quantity, and brands.
- Group items correctly for delivery.
- Ensures that orders are accurate and delivered with client s signature approval.
- Deliver order items to client s car if applicable.
- Plan and monitor product storage and dispatch.
- Perform stocking duties and ensure restocking of each product pulled from the shelves.
- Monitor stock control systems and process specific orders.
- Coordinate processes between counter and tinting.
- Perform other general duties as needed (cleanliness of the delivery zone ...)
- Document delivery complaints and mistakes in a predefined database.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
- Good knowledge of both English and Arabic (reading and writing).
- Active personality.
- Excellent Customer Service values.
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
