Your main tasks will be the following:
To assist in ensuring that culinary employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
To handle guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
To ensure that employees follow all hotel, company, and local rules, policies, and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.
Qualifications
2 years of previous experience in a similiar role preferred.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
