Digital Marketing Intern
This position works out of our UAE location in the Established Pharmaceuticals division.

Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to assist our marketing department in various initiatives. This internship will provide hands-on experience in digital marketing, including customer engagement, email marketing, SEO, social media management, content creation, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a quick, creative learner eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do-
- Customer journey mapping: co-create customer journey plans and maps for execution, collaborating with the cross-functional teams.
- Insight gathering and customer feedback: Go to the field and observe customers to identify trends, competitive analysis, and new growth opportunities.
- Internal communication plan and execution: Develop and create communication material, including videos, articles, podcasts, and presentations for internal audiences (including Informatics leaders)
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for our website and brand social media channels.
- Email Marketing: Help create and distribute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email series.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- SEO: Support SEO efforts by researching keywords, optimizing website content, and tracking performance metrics.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Required Qualifications-
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
