Role: Digital Transformation Business Partner
Job location: Dubai/Al Ain
Role Purpose
The Digital Transformation Business Partner is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the governance, execution oversight, and successful delivery of digital initiatives.
The role acts as the primary execution partner to the Digital Transformation Manager, ensuring that approved digital initiatives are well-defined, properly governed, delivered on time, and realize measurable business value.
This position requires a self-sufficient leader who can independently manage complex digital initiatives while also personally performing business analysis and data analysis when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the governance and end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
- Perform business and data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, quality, risks, and business value realization.
- Support AI, analytics, reporting, automation, and digital innovation initiatives across the organization.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Digital Transformation and digital project delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Good understanding of manufacturing, operations, sales, and business processes.
- Knowledge of KPIs, data modelling, reporting, and analytics.
- Basic understanding of source code with the ability to make minor updates when required.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with technology vendors and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or FMCG industry experience.
- Exposure to AI, Advanced Analytics, Digital Twin, Automation, or Performance Management solutions.
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Technology-enabled Business roles.
