Role Summary/ Overview
Lead the regional in-house creative and visual content team across 8 markets. This role is responsible for taking the brand creatively to a new level by developing fresh, unique and relevant marketing campaign concepts that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies. This role suits someone who is able to collaborate well with stakeholders from all levels, can assess creativity with a balanced view (we are not in the business of winning awards) and is able to motivate a team of creatives to deliver fresh and exciting work.
The role will focus on:
1. Content Creation will be in house and not outsourced
2. Regional Team in UAE and Egypt will be supporting content creation for the entire regional and verticals
3. Role will be responsible for Content that cover Written content/Copywriting, Graphic/Creative design plus Motion design
4. The role will be responsible to set direction, initiatives, road maps and plans for this segment under Marketing Brand
5. High internal and external stakeholder mgmt: CEO, COO, MD's , DH plus external suppliers
6. Plus the budget and spend this role will be responsible for per country on a quarterly basis on campaigns roll out
