Our Client:

Our client, a luxury property developer in Dubai are looking for a director of Digital Marketing to join their team.

This role is responsible for leading the planning, development, and implementation of our clients brand and overall digital marketing strategy and digital marketing landscape, ensuring the delivery of an excellent, stimulating and innovative digital experience to all audiences, utilizing the latest multi-channel digital communication, tactics and technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Digital Planning: Lead the development and execution of our clients digital marketing strategy, aligning with overall business objectives and brand positioning.

Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and implement integrated multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Innovative Technologies: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Implement cutting-edge solutions to optimize campaigns and improve user experiences.

Audience Segmentation: Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns for various audience segments, ensuring personalized and relevant content delivery.

Brand Consistency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms and touchpoints.

Analytics and Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts. Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on data insights.

Digital Experience Enhancement: Drive initiatives to enhance the overall digital experience for users, incorporating UX/UI best practices and ensuring seamless navigation.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the real estate or luxury industry.
  • Proven track record of successful digital strategy development and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
