Director Of Finance

Our client is an Entertainment company. They are now looking for a Director of Finance to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial Statement
• Manage the financial closing of projects, ensuring all financial aspects are correctly accounted for and reported.
• Coordinate all audit processes, working closely with internal and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, including Zakat, taxes, and payroll requirements.
• Apply knowledge of the events industry or similar project-based environments to manage financial operations effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.

.Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

.Proven experience in the events industry or a similar project-based environment.

.In-depth knowledge of Full IFRS (Financial Reporting Standards) and their application.

.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
