Galadari Energy Solutions (GES) – Generator Electrician (Dubai)

Galadari Energy Solutions (GES) is seeking a skilled Generator Electrician to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in generator electrical systems, troubleshooting and control systems, along with a valid UAE driving license.

The Role

You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical faults on generator sets to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults on generator sets
• Work with brushless alternators including Leroy Somer, Mecc Alte and Stamford
• Program and configure DSE and ComAp controllers
• Set up and commission synchronizing systems
• Build and prepare wiring harnesses and control panels
• Read, interpret, and execute electrical wiring diagrams
• Service and maintain generator engines including Cummins and Perkins
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools and perform software updates
• Ensure all work is completed in line with safety and quality standards
• Attend site visits and field service calls as required

Essential Skills we need from you

• Proven experience as a Generator Electrician
• Strong knowledge of generator systems and controls
• Hands-on experience with controllers (DSE / ComAp)
• Ability to read technical electrical schematics
• UAE Driving License is desirable
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good computer literacy
