Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ELV Engineer with expertise in Smart Screens / Digital Signage Systems and Data Center Infrastructure. The role involves designing, installing, integrating, testing, and maintaining Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
- Create detailed designs and schematics for Smart Screens and Data Center ELV systems.
- Prepare integration plans, cable layouts, and equipment specifications.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, ISO, ASHRAE).
Implementation & Supervision
- Supervise installation and commissioning of Smart Screens, AV systems, structured cabling, access control, CCTV, and other ELV systems.
- Oversee Data Center ELV infrastructure including environmental monitoring, fire suppression, and UPS integration.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Operations & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Smart Screens and Data Center systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure system uptime.
- Provide technical training and support.
Project & Documentation
- Review drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
- Prepare method statements, test reports, and as-built documentation.
- Support project managers with reporting and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in ELV engineering, with expertise in Smart Screens and Data Center Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Siemens, Crestron, Extron, Cisco solutions is a plus.
- Certifications like BICSI, CCNA, CDCP are preferred.
