The Endur Trading SME is responsible for providing functional leadership and subject matter
expertise across Endur and commodity trading operations. Working closely with business users,
traders, risk teams, and technology stakeholders, this role helps define effective solutions, supports
business decision-making, and ensures optimal utilization of Endur capabilities to achieve
organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional expert on Endur, advising stakeholders on platform capabilities,
configuration approaches, and commodity trading best practices.
- Partner with business teams to elicit, assess, and validate requirements for trading-related
initiatives.
- Contribute to solution design discussions and review proposed functional solutions to
ensure business alignment.
- Evaluate Front Office, trading, and risk-related changes to confirm consistency with
operational and business requirements.
- Develop and execute functional test scenarios while supporting broader testing and
validation activities.
- Deliver training sessions, knowledge-sharing workshops, and user enablement activities for
business and support teams.
- Provide subject matter expertise during Endur implementations, platform upgrades, and
enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with development, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful project
execution.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience working in a functional Endur/Openlink consulting or support
capacity.
- Strong understanding of commodity trading operations and end-to-end trade lifecycle
processes.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience reviewing and validating Endur configurations, setups, and functional solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
