We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Director (GTM) to lead our

go-to-market strategy, expand market presence, and drive sustainable growth across strategic

sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Masdr's data-driven, AI-powered, and

SaaS-based solutions.

Lead enterprise and government sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with national digital

transformation objectives.

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales and business development team.

Establish strong executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders, partners, and regulators.

Identify and close large-scale deals and strategic partnerships to expand Masdr's ecosystem.

Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Marketing leaders to align business strategies with

evolving market needs.

Represent Masdr at major industry events, international conferences, and government-led

initiatives.

Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and growth insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development in digital solutions, SaaS, AI, or

cloud industries, including 35 years in a leadership/Director role.

Proven track record in driving revenue growth and scaling business in enterprise and government

markets.

Strong network within the Saudi and GCC digital ecosystem.

Deep understanding of digital transformation trends, SaaS business models, and AI applications.

Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).

Fluency in Arabic and English.
