Job Summary:
Experienced Manager – Enterprise Solutions to lead the strategy, implementation, integration, and support of critical enterprise applications. The role will oversee SAP S/4HANA, ERP, HRMS, MRO, CRM, document management, and other business solutions while supporting the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise applications strategy, roadmap, implementation, and lifecycle management.
- Oversee SAP S/4HANA transformation and the support of existing ERP platforms.
- Partner with business functions to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Manage application integration, enhancements, upgrades, data migration, and support.
- Lead vendors, system integrators, contracts, licensing, SLAs, and application budgets.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, governance, audit, and access-control requirements.
- Drive application performance, service improvement, cost optimization, and business value.
- Lead and develop the Enterprise Solutions team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP, or digital transformation, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, integration, and support.
- Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, MRO, HR, or project-management processes.
- Proven experience managing complex transformation programs, vendors, contracts, and SLAs.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, or manufacturing is preferred.
- SAP, PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, or COBIT certification is an advantage.
