Responsibilities

  • Track, monitor, and report on project performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall progress.
  • Support the planning, execution, and governance of Oracle HCM-related projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and governance materials.
  • Coordinate project activities across business, HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Assist in the management of project risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain project management tools, project plans, resource trackers, and reporting systems.
  • Support project governance activities, including steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Monitor project performance and provide insights, recommendations, and corrective actions to improve project outcomes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between project teams, business owners, and external partners.
  • Support Oracle HCM implementation activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing coordination, and deployment planning.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation of Oracle HCM enhancements and system changes.
  • Assist with change management, training coordination, user readiness activities, and adoption initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with EPMO methodologies, project management standards, and organizational governance frameworks.
  • Maintain project portfolios, action logs, RAID logs, and project-related repositories.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR teams, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, or EPMO functions.
  • Experience supporting HR transformation, HRIS, or Oracle HCM implementation projects.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, or Workforce Management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and PMO best practices.
  • Experience preparing executive dashboards, status reports, and project performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and change control processes.
  • Knowledge of testing lifecycles, including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, or Agile certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working with system implementation vendors and cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
