The opportunity
Project: This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating cost estimates, studies, analyses, and evaluations, at all levels of project development, as part of the internal team.
  • Providing a detailed review of all documentation and developing comprehensive cost estimates/models that communicate our client's project and strategic goals.
  • Performing quantity take-off in a manner and level of detail consistent with the project goals.
  • Inputting estimate data into appropriate software.
  • Conducting estimate reviews of contractor estimates and variations.
  • Assuring that a quality product is presented to the client through adherence to the company's QA/QC procedures.
  • Communicating effectively through clear and concise means appropriate to the project's goals (verbal, written, and graphics).
  • Researching and developing sources/vendors for compiling and maintaining the accuracy of cost information.
  • Investigating and incorporating project constraints into cost analysis.
  • Reviewing contractor and subcontractor change order estimates.

About you
With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
