We are seeking an exceptional Executive Vice President (EVP), Head of Rewards, Organizational Effectiveness and Performance to join our leadership team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This pivotal role will drive our organization's strategic initiatives in talent management, compensation, and organizational development to enhance overall business performance.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
  • Lead the design and execution of performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
  • Spearhead organizational effectiveness initiatives to optimize structure, processes, and talent utilization
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Drive change management programs to support organizational transformation
  • Oversee the development and implementation of leadership development programs
  • Manage a team of HR professionals, providing mentorship and strategic guidance
  • Analyze HR metrics and market data to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations while implementing global best practices
  • Present strategic recommendations to the board and senior leadership team
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on HR initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on rewards and organizational effectiveness
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing innovative reward strategies and performance management systems
  • Extensive experience in driving organizational effectiveness initiatives and change management programs
  • Strong background in leadership development and succession planning
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and performance metric analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR practices and trends, particularly in the Middle East region
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in global or multinational organizations
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data management tools
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and board members
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
