Job Description for Executive Assistant cum Receptionist:
Primarily responsible for overseeing employees and completing administrative tasks, and attaining customers (on phone calls & in person).
  • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
  • Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
  • Monitors office operations
  • Schedules appointments and meetings for executives
  • Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
  • Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
  • Supervises all administrative personnel
  • Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
  • Collating timely employees timesheets and prepare necessary files
  • Need to market our services over the phone
Skills required:
  • Excellent communication skills - English
  • Need expertise in Microsoft office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
  • Need excellent typing speed
Preferable Female Candidate

Salary : AED 2,500 AED 3,000 All Inclusive.
