Job Description



Our client:

Our client is a confidential investment business in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling and administrative requirements for owner,including agendas, travel arrangements and client management
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange company travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
  • Manage and arrange Owner's personal travel and travel-related activities
  • Perform owner personal, administrative and office support as required
  • Organise team communications and plan events
  • Work closely with the Finance Director to ensure smooth operation of all governance andcompliance matters of the business group
  • Be responsible for governance and compliance registers across all areas of the business including finance, HR and administrative matters
  • Provide support with AML and VAT processes as per the instructions received by the FinanceDirector
  • Provide support with general administrative and office management matters as per the instructions received by the Finance Director
  • Undertake all other tasks such as are reasonable and commensurate with the role


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a PA/EA to senior management or the CEO
  • Able to work using their own initiative and to have a solutions-orientated approach, thinking out of the box on problem solving without instruction
  • Dynamic personality that can handle high pressure situations
  • Organised, committed individual with strong attention to detail
  • Information Technology Skills - Strong IT skills and be competent in the use of most Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. A working knowledge of PowerPoint and Publisher would also be helpful.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and tech savvy keeping up to date with all current social trends
  • Outstanding oral and written English communication skills
  • Knowledge within Compliance is a big plus
