Job Description

Job location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Objective :

To provide executive and administrative support to the IT General Manager Digitalisation, ensuring efficient coordination of projects, documentation, reporting, and presentations. The role supports project governance, stakeholder communication, and administrative coordination, and helps prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation to support effective decision-making and project execution.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the IT General Manager Digitalisation Directorate.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions for the IT GM and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing of project-related materials and correspondence.
  • Assist in tracking key action items, deadlines, and deliverables across projects and initiatives.
  • Develop prioritisation lists for projects based on predefined criteria and scope assessments.
  • Assist in planning assigned projects, including activity sequencing, budget estimation, timelines, and communication schedules.
  • Maintain logs to document project dependencies, constraints, responsible stakeholders, and other relevant tracking information.
  • Prepare progress reports and project status updates in accordance with established reporting guidelines.
  • Ensure proper coding, filing, and maintenance of project documentation for future reference.
  • Support vendor selection processes and coordination with relevant departments to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Maintain professional communication with consultants and vendors to ensure optimal tools, services, and delivery outcomes.
  • Assist in evaluating vendor and consultant performance against agreed contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or executive support roles within IT or technology environments.
  • Experience in preparing professional presentations using charts, graphics, Canva/Gamma tools and management reports.
  • It will be good to be a native Arabic speaker and locally available in KSA.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience in managing or coordinating multiple projects within programs.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and coordination with senior management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
