Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- Previous experience or training in facial treatments, skincare, or cosmetology preferred.
- Certificate or diploma in Aesthetics, Skincare, or Beauty Therapy (an advantage).
- Knowledge of facial equipment, skincare products, and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced salon environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Task Description:
- Assist in performing basic facial treatments under supervision, including cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, mask application, and moisturizing.
- Prepare clients for facial services and ensure their comfort throughout the treatment.
- Support senior aestheticians in advanced facial procedures by preparing equipment, products, and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all facial rooms, tools, and equipment in compliance with salon hygiene and safety standards.
- Sterilize tools and ensure proper storage of skincare products.
- Manage stock levels of skincare products and treatment supplies.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Stay updated on new facial techniques, products, and skincare trends.
