Job Description
SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :
Strong / excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English and organisation skills.
Managing diary daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments of the management
Excellent presentation skills in Meetings & prepare minutes of meeting
Manage / maintain Commercial Invoices / daily accounts / Petty Cash / Filings and other documents
Very strong follow up with clients.
Checking emails and give / draft them appropriate reply
Proficient in Accounting knowledge
Maintaining proper Office Documents and related files in soft copy as well as hard copy
Should have good communication skill both in verbal and writing English (min) to interact with customers
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Has a passion for providing business support to colleagues
Proficient in MS Office packages is a must - Advance Excel with Pivot & V loop a must / Word / PPT / Photoshop / email etc
Accounting knowledge must
Age group Below 35 years old
3-5 YEARS RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
Should be double vaccinated
