Field Maintenance Technician

Purpose:

Providegeneral hands-on assistance to oilfield operations to support ESP start up,Monitoring , basic troubleshooting and reporting activities, whilst adheringto APC and client's contractual and QHSE standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Key Activities:

Field Operations

Monitorthe operation of ESP Controllers ( VSD and FSD),troubleshoot equipmentfailures, and report equipment malfunction and identified issues as required

Respond tocustomers technical inquiries, and coordinate with Field Engineers toaddress unresolved technical inquiries

Policies,Processes and Procedures

Follow allrelevant Operations policies, processes, standard operating procedures andinstructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistentmanner

Contributeto the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems,processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement ofbusiness processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement

QHSE

Complywith all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies,procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

Participatein incident and accident investigations as required in line with agreedsafety, health and environment policies, procedures and control s

Report onchanges within APC that impact relevant safety, health and environmentalmanagement policies, procedures and controls

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience

Previous Oil and Gas downstream processes'experience min3 years

Education and Certifications

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Technologyis required

Familiarity with basic ESP Downhole andSurface Equipment operations
