Glomacs is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Finance Manager to lead our finance function and contribute to the organization's continued growth and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise across all areas of financial management, accounting, compliance, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the company's entire finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and support executive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Manage corporate taxation, VAT, audits, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Implement and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger functions.
- Monitor financial KPIs and prepare comprehensive management reports and dashboards.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and business expansion projects.
- Lead ERP and finance system improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive financial performance and business success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA is highly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, treasury management, and financial analysis.
- Extensive experience in audit coordination, compliance, internal controls, and corporate governance.
- Advanced proficiency in Odoo, Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
