Are you ready to shape the future of the iconic House of AMOUAGE We are seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving business performance.

Your Mission

The FP&A Manager plays a pivotal role in driving financial performance, ensuring strategic alignment, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and maintaining compliance with internal and external standards. Additionally, the FP&A Manager supports systems integration and drives financial innovation, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the finance function

Your Impact

  • Lead global budget process buttom up globally for 19 departments and 7 entities, ensure allignment and accuracy.
  • Develop and communicate clear budgetting timeline , deliverables , templates and governance protocol to ensure on time and high quality submission.
  • Drive monthly budget closing and variances analyis. Identify discripancies and recommend corrective action, and align head of account and tax.
  • Serve a s astrong bsuiness partner and bridge between finance and non finance community, by analyising & invitigating financial data and provide clear insights.
  • Monthly touch base with the each department head to ensure the continous support to each department and fundemental understanding to the variances vs budget.
  • Support retail team to safe guard and Track lease agreements to ensure accurate rental forecast and payments.
  • Work hand in hand with accounting team to ensure the maison financial cridibility by entity and by department & help building accruals.
  • Share knowledge and best practices in financial processes and analytical tools.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function by promoting innovative solutions and efficient processes.
  • Simplify budgetting process and files , automate and optimise when possible.
  • Monitor KPI frame work for the organisation on periodic bases and manage its communication with various departments.

Your Expertise

The ideal candidate is a positive and proactive team player who also possesses:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics ( MBA perferred).
  • CMA certification.
  • 6-8 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within the luxury, retail or FMCG.
  • Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements (in accordance with IFRS standards), including consolidation accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP tools (Dynamics 365 is a plus) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with other financial systems like Power BI.
  • Fluency in English.
  • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High levels of adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly integrate into a team and provide immediate support.
