Financial Reporting Specialist | UAE National | Dubai

We're currently supporting a leading financial services organisation in Dubai in the search for a Financial Reporting Specialist to join its Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced UAE National to take ownership of financial and regulatory reporting within a well-established organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to a strong financial control environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial and regulatory reporting in accordance with IFRS, CBUAE Prudential Regulations and Basel requirements.
• Prepare and review periodic financial statements and regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support and strengthen the organisation's financial control framework and governance standards.
• Produce management reporting, financial analysis and performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• UAE National (Family Book required)
• Minimum 3 years experience in financial reporting within banking or a similar financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, CBUAE regulatory reporting, Prudential Regulations and Basel requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
