Job Description

Job Title: Financial Specialist

Location: UAE & KSA

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Verify original expense vouchers, process daily expenses and payments, and manage financial document filing and organization.
  2. Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
  3. Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis reports, identifying and reporting any anomalies in a timely manner.
  4. Coordinate tax declarations, audit reports, and other financial compliance matters.
  5. Manage company cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for daily operations.
  6. Assist in other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting or Financial Management from a full-time university; minimum of 2 years of work experience in the UAE; experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
  2. Proficient in UAE accounting standards and tax regulations, with the ability to correctly apply them to business activities.
  3. Proficiency in Excel, with basic knowledge of functions such as IF and VLOOKUP; familiarity with Kingdee financial software.
  4. English proficiency for workplace communication.
