We're Hiring: Fleet Controller
Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai, UAE
Eurostar Rent A Car, a member of Ali & Sons Holding LLC, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Controller to oversee fleet operations, maximize vehicle availability, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance to maximize fleet availability.
- Monitor fleet utilization, Out of Service (OOS) vehicles, maintenance costs, and vehicle downtime.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, replacements, and customer exchanges.
- Manage accident repairs, insurance claims, warranty cases, and vehicle recovery.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, registrations, insurance, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Monitor document expiries and ensure timely renewals.
- Track traffic fines, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vendor performance.
- Prepare fleet performance, utilization, maintenance, and cost reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet or lease management.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and UAE regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
