Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in fostering a positive Customer Experience and addressing client needs effectively
- Proven expertise in managing relationships as a Customer Service Representative
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service roles in advertising or marketing is an advantage
- proficiency in English language (B1+/B2)
