Assistant Food & Beverages Manager Luxury Resort

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Assistant Food & Beverages Manager to join our luxury resort team, catering to a discerning clientele of High Net Worth (HNW) guests. The role requires strong leadership, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all dining outlets. The ideal candidate brings international exposure, proven operational excellence, and the ability to uphold world-class hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service and consistency.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
- Support the F&B Manager in staff training, development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability across F&B operations while minimizing wastage.
- Collaborate with culinary and events teams to deliver bespoke dining experiences for HNW guests.
- Address guest feedback with efficiency, discretion, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Contribute to menu planning, promotional events, and innovative service concepts to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years experience in F&B operations, including luxury hotels or resorts.
- International exposure professional experience in at least one country beyond native.
- Demonstrated track record of high-quality work, with openness to share references for background verification.
