We are seeking a commercially driven Freezone Development Manager to support the strategic development, implementation, and growth of a large-scale Freezone asset portfolio.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in strategy, business development, investment analysis, and asset development, with the ability to drive commercial growth and value creation across complex infrastructure or real estate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the strategic development and growth of the Freezone portfolio in line with wider commercial objectives
- Develop and present business cases for development and investment opportunities
- Support investment committee approvals and funding approvals for CAPEX projects
- Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic analysis to assess project viability
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and mitigation strategies across the asset portfolio
- Support budgeting, investment planning, and business case governance
- Evaluate alternate revenue streams and new commercial opportunities
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis to support decision-making
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and commercial clients
- Ensure initiatives are delivered in line with budget, timelines, and quality expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in strategy, business development, investments, asset development, or corporate finance
- Strong experience in:
