Full Stack Developer (React + FastAPI + PostgreSQL)

SpeakUp is a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS platform that connects speakers, experts, podcasters, and event organizers globally.

Our mission is to make finding speakers and booking events as easy as booking a flight.

Frontend (React):

• Build and improve React components for the Audit tool
• Implement filters, search, pagination, and bulk actions
• Ensure responsive, accessible UI with HTML5/CSS3/JS
• Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals)

Backend (FastAPI + PostgreSQL):

• Extend and refactor FastAPI endpoints to support new features
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL queries for speed and scalability
• Implement role-based access control and audit logging
• Write unit/integration tests for APIs

DevOps / Collaboration:

• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (Vercel, PM2/Nginx)
• Collaborate closely with founders and CTO in agile sprints
• Deliver features with fast feedback loops and high quality
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Software Engineer
• Strong skills in React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6/ESNext)
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization flows (JWT/OAuth)
• Solid understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD
• Bonus: Next.js, TailwindCSS, Docker, experience with B2B SaaS
