ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to build and enhance our real-time dispatch and logistics platform. This is a high-ownership role where you will own features end-to-end—from database design and backend APIs to frontend interfaces and cloud deployment.
You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA Engineers, and other developers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications powering real-time dispatch, fleet management, merchant operations, and delivery tracking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Frontend Development: Build React + TypeScript applications, including real-time dispatch dashboards, merchant portals, and admin panels.
- Backend Engineering: Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
- API & Security: Design secure REST APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, and implement robust access management (Authentication, Authorization, RBAC).
- Data & Real-Time Systems: Design PostgreSQL/PostGIS schemas, optimize queries, and develop WebSocket-based real-time tracking features.
- Caching Infrastructure: Utilize Redis for caching, Pub/Sub, and managing background jobs.
- DevOps & Deployment: Deploy and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Docker and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest.
- Collaboration: Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and align closely with QA and Product teams.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Solid experience with REST APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI) and security protocols (JWT, RBAC).
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, PostGIS, and WebSockets.
- Proficiency with Docker and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep understanding of secure coding, logging, and performance optimization.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Maps API, Mapbox, or Leaflet.
- Familiarity with message brokers (BullMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka).
- Python scripting skills.
- State management tools (React Query, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand).
- Monitoring tools (Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Prior experience in Fleet Management, Dispatch, or Logistics tech.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
