Position:General Manager of Technical Cooperation Department

Location: Abu Dhabi

Department: Oilfield Technical Service Company

Job Responsibilities:

· Source, evaluate and introduce new technologies and new processes globally, and build an external technical resource database.

· Lead commercial negotiations for technical cooperation projects, including drafting, signing and implementing agreements under models such as technology licensing, joint R&D and joint venture operation.

· Collaborate with internal technical teams to convert introduced technologies into commercially promotable service products or integrated solutions.

· Represent the company at international industry conferences and technical exhibitions, and maintain regular communication with overseas technical enterprises and research institutions.

Requirements:

· More than 10 years of working experience in the oilfield service industry, including at least 3 years of experience in technical commercial affairs or international cooperation.

· Able to work proficiently in both Chinese and English; capable of independently reading technical documents, conducting commercial negotiations and delivering presentations in English.

· Outgoing and proactive, passionate about external communication, and adept at building and maintaining business networks at industry conferences and commercial events.

· Possess sharp technical insight and strong commercial negotiation skills; able to independently conduct technical assessment and drive the signing of cooperation agreements.

· Oilfield service covers multiple technical fields including drilling, completion, fracturing, production, workover and digitalization. Candidates shall be capable of rapid learning and cross-disciplinary knowledge integration. Proactively track global cutting-edge technical trends (low-carbon technologies, intelligent drilling, innovative completion tools, etc.) and quickly assess their potential value to the company's business.
