Role: Global Sales & Marketing Head (European Markets)

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will lead global sales and marketing strategies to drive growth across the UK and European markets for casting components (GDC, HPDC, and Investment Casting), specifically within the Railways, Automotive, and Jet Engine sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute sales and marketing strategies across the UK and Europe.

- Manage key accounts, including OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value contracts.

- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to align products with market needs.

- Build and lead an international sales team.

Candidate Requirements:

- Engineering graduate with an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or International Business.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in casting components sales within UK and European markets.

- Proven track record in handling large accounts and senior leadership.

- Strong exposure to the Railways, Automotive, or Jet Engine industries.
